What are these "guest experiences"?

They have been sent by guests we have booked into each hotel to CreteTravel.com
That is, they are authentic reviews, from people who have actually stayed, people we know.
So, the reviews are valid, not "trickable"
reviews, such as a number of those "submitted" to hotel review websites by crazed invididuals & publicicts!

Many are both a hotel review & a testimonial for our services in one
They give you the complete picture: what the hotel was like (compared to the expectations gained from our website and descriptions) and what kind of service we provided overall.

How come so few negatives?
We are in the fortunate position to be very selective about the hotels we offer. We choose hotels that are in excellent locations, offering great service. Plus, we pay obsessive attention to all details, so the rooms are just as they are booked & expected to be.
In the unlikely case a hotel fails our guests without remedying faults, it is simply "deselected" and dropped from our collection.

Why do some hotels have no guest expreriences published?
We are in the process of gathering & publishing guest experiences. More will be added.
Also, if a review is so generic (e.g. "the hotel was good, thanks"), we do not publish it, because it is not helpful to you in choosing between hotels for your stay.
We have found that some types of hotels (especially the luxury ones) attract few "guest experiences" messages, even though we discover people were very happy with their stay.
