• ask us as many questions as you like about the place you are interested in staying at. We are happy to *answer them all* for you, and help you make sure this is the right place for you. If you are not clear about something relating to the room, hotel, facilities, area, you have the opportunity to solve all your queries before you make your decision. In short, you know exactly what you are booking.
