OUR REVIEW

You land at Heraklion airport and in half an hour you will be in your villa - it's so easy.

Convenient - minutes from the airport; having all the facilities you need; with private pools; allowing you to be at the beach with the kids in 3 minutes and within 20 minutes at aquariums, water parks, museums, archaeological sites and most of the things anyone in your group may want to do while in Crete.
A very practical and comfortable solution to an enjoyable family holiday.

Twelve earth-tone painted, elegant, stylish villas, softened in feel with gardens plentifully planted with flowers and shrubs. There is also a communal pool and restaurant (perhaps the children will like this for socialising). These are comfortable smart-functional modern villas, 3 minutes from the sand and shingle beaches and a few cafes, in a relatively less crowded area of the beach extending from Heraklion airport.

Comfort is under your control in the bedrooms which have the clever feature of using double-sided mattresses - one side offers a hard texture, the other soft, to suit your preference. After a good night's sleep if golf is your game - the Crete golf club is less than a 10 minute car drive away and if you'd rather read while someone else tees off, the clubhouse is a pleasant place to read, have a drink and enjoy the scenery.

Usually these days, there is someone in the family who must, even on holiday, stay connected - there is free ADSL internet connection (including a PC in each villa) & WiFi.

5 types of two storey villas, with 1 or 2 bedrooms (1-3 bathrooms), individually arranged & decorated.
Senior Villas: 70 m², 1-bedroom (1 bathroom), for up to 3 people. Named: Artemis & Hephaestus
Downstairs: Open plan living room with working fireplace and a sofa-bed (sleeps 3rd person), dining room, kitchen, marble bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub.
Upstairs: One bedroom with double 4-poster bed.

Executive Villas: 100 m², 2-bedroom (3 bathrooms), for up to 4 people. Named: Aphrodite & Ares

Downstairs: Open plan living room with working fireplace, dining room, kitchen, bathroom with shower.
Upstairs: One master bedroom (double 4-poster bed) with en-suite marble bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub, balcony with sea view. One twin bedroom with balcony. Separate bathroom with bathtub.

Family Villas: 110 m², 2-bedroom (2 bathrooms), for up to 5 people. Named: Hermes & Demeter

Downstairs: Open plan living room with working fireplace and a sofa-bed (sleeps 1 person), dining room, kitchen, bathroom with shower.
Upstairs: One bedroom (double 4-poster bed) and one twin bedroom. Separate marble bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub. Balcony.

Paradise Villas: 110 m², 2-bedroom (3 bathrooms), for up to 6 people. Named: Poseidon & Apollo

Downstairs: Open plan living room with working fireplace and a sofa-bed (sleeps 1 person), dining room, kitchen, bathroom with shower.
Upstairs: One master bedroom (double 4-poster bed, can take 1 extra single bed) with en-suite marble bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub, balcony with sea view. One twin bedroom with balcony. Separate bathroom with bathtub.

Superior Villas: 125 m², 2-bedroom (3 bathrooms), for up to 6-7 people. Named: Zeus, Athena, Hera & Hestia
Downstairs: Open plan living room with working fireplace and either 2 single or 1 double sofa-bed (can sleep 2 extra people), dining room, kitchen, bathroom with shower. Living room, dining room & kitchen on different levels.
Upstairs: One master bedroom (double 4-poster bed, can take 1 extra single bed) with en-suite marble bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub, balcony with sea view. One twin bedroom with balcony. Separate bathroom with bathtub.

FEATURES IN ALL VILLAS

Each villa has a small private pool with jacuzzi jets and garden area.
Air conditioning in all rooms. Fully equipped, modern kitchen with: cooker/stove with 4-ring ceramic hotplates & oven, microwave oven, full-size fridge, coffee machine, ample cutlery & utensils. Large flat screen TV with satellite reception & home cinema in the living room, 14" TVs in the bedrooms. Cordless telephone.
Desktop PC in each villa, with free ADSL internet connection. WiFi. Safe (not laptop size). Bathrobes & slippers, hairdryer, pool towels. Spiral staircase to the first floor.
Mattresses are double-sided: soft or harder - you can choose whichever you prefer.

FACILITIES & SERVICES

2 large common pools. Lounge-Pool bar & restaurant - indoor/outdoor. A la carte breakfast & meals menu for the restaurant or your villa. Barbecue (guests can use on their own). Fitness room, tennis court.

To the Anissaras beach (shingle) - 1 km. To National Road exit - 600 m.

Heraklion airport & town - 23 km.
Crete Golf Club (18-hole) - 5 km.
We recommend that you rent a car, other means of transport are limited and/or infrequent.

Rates are per villa, per night and include air conditioning (cooling/heating) and all taxes.

Baby-cots & high chairs are provided for small children.
Extra bed/person (only in Paradise and Superior villas): 25 euros/night.

Breakfast & meals are available (extra charge).

MINIMUM STAY: 2-5 nights, depending on season.
